If you have been following the blog you will have seen the last one where I shared the health benefits of the Plum Oolong and before that the North Woods. These teas are the 3 teas of the Idaho Collection. Each tea representing a section of Idaho lands and the people that either live there now or helped forge our beautiful state.

And is the third component of the Idaho Collection. We chose this blend to represent Southern Idaho.  Honey Bush:

The main ingredient in Fields of Honey Tea is Honey Bush, also known as Cyclopia.
