Rooted in the principles of Zen Buddhism, it is founded upon the reverence of the beautiful in the daily routine of life through the ceremonial preparation and presentation of tea. The purpose is for participants to remove themselves from their busy world and seek harmony and inner peace with each cup of tea.
Tea as ceremony is for sensual self-cultivation, healing, creativity, and service. It is a key to the gateway of the Great Mystery. It is the intention only to lead one to the practice – from there, we unlock the gate and wander up the path together. The tea will work its magic on you. If you are lucky, the tea will drink you up!

Performed in the traditional Chinese Gung Fu style, the tea joins the participants together through the 3 cups of acquaintance, friendship, and lover, as a collective effervescence takes place. You will take the time to enjoy the sweet aromas, textures, sounds, tastes, and essences – all the embodiment of nature and tea itself – giving you a truly spiritual experience from a Tea Master.
