This tea collection is inspired by the exhibition at the Idaho State Museum, “Idaho: The Land And It’s People”. In short it is an overview of the North, Central and Southern parts of Idaho, celebrating the land and the people pioneered it and continue to do so.
The Idaho Tea Collection:
North Woods: With its blueberries, citrus and hints of pine this tea takes you into the forests and lakes of the wild Northern Idaho.
Ingredients: blueberries, blue butterfly pea flower, hibiscus, rooibos, sweet orange peel, rosehips, lemon verbena, pine needles
Plum Oolong: With it’s slightly smoky undertones, plums, and vanilla this tea pays tribute to the Asian pioneers such as Polly Bemis and the wild rivers and mountains they sought to tame in Central Idaho.
Ingredients: Wuyi Oolong, schisandra berries, rosehips, hibiscus petal, dried plums, vanilla
Fields Of Honey: After a pot of this tea with its Honeybush, flower petals and peaches, you can’t help but feel the sweetness of life. Celebrate the plateaus of wildflowers and farms where bees and butterflies forage for nectar in Southern Idaho.
Ingredients: Honeybush, calendula petals, oat straw, rose petals, peaches, honey granules, vanilla
