This astonishingly delicious Oolong comes from a very small 3 acre farm in Lugu of central Taiwan. It has a complex flavor profile with a bold roasty flavor and floral aroma. It possesses a very balanced flavor. The perfect balance between sweetness and astringency.
Brewing Instructions
Everyone’s taste is a little different, and most tea drinkers have their own brewing methods and ways to brew their favorite teas, so experiment. One thing to remember is stay away from unfiltered tap water. Spring water is best (not distilled), but filtered tap water is ok.
Use 3 or 4 grams of tea for a small to medium teapot or a teaspoon for 8 ounces of water. Water should be about 175 to 185 degrees and steep for 3 or 4 minutes. You can get 3 or 4 infusions per pot.
